Good start for the 09 Outdoor Italian Championship with this first event in Loano. An excellent organization, which was confirmed by everyone.

The plan, studied with attention and professionalism, was much appreciated by the riders as by the public. A big bravo to the Loano MC for their great job!

Our Riders did quite well and ended on a beautiful performance.

Francesco Lolitta, TR2 (Expert) category, finishes six.

“I did well and I really had an excellent feeling on many technical passages. I thank Paolino Gros, with whom I worked these movements. I committed quite a lot of stupid faults which I would have been able to avoid with a little more concentration. But that’s the way it is and I can’t wait until the next event.”

Cattaneo Riccardo, TR2 (Seniors) category, finishes seven.

"It was a beautiful competition with nice zones and very well mapped. I personally found the interzones a little bit long and tiring but it was not the cause of my result in this competition, a lack of concentration penalized me a little. I’ll try and do better next time"

Edoardo Verdari, Master category, finishes nine.

"I am really satisfied by the start of the season. I spent a great Trial weekend and even if my position is not the best, I have to say that I think I did well on zones that were really nicely studied. Congratulations to the Loano MC.”

Luca Monateri, Master category, finishes at the seventh position.

"I remained almost surprised by the result, in the sense that I had hardly trained myself and that I didn’t really think I’d get that result. I am completely satisfied. "

Iris Kramer, in the TR3 category, finishes with a beautiful ninth place. To note that it is the only woman to compete with the men. We are very proud that this champion is part of our Team.

 

" It was really a nice race with a few sections very close to the sea! I enjoyed riding with the boys in the TR3 class, the level of the sections met the level of my riding and it was a good practice for the girls world rounds. I´m very happy of the support I get from the X4 team, the team members are very friendly and I’m sure that they will be supporting me a lot all along the Italian championship in 2009. The race in Loano showed me how much work as been done on the Italian championship. So I´m very glad to be part of this team and riding for them on the Italian championship. I´m really looking forward to the next race :-) "
